Tokaji Aszu

From gold to deep gold and amber in colour depending on ageing and puttonyos. Citrus aromas, peach and apricot, developing into fig, aged plum and wood with increased time and puttonyos.

Cream

Ranging from chestnut to mahogany in colour. Roasted nuts, caramel and nougat in aroma, velvety and full-bodied in the mouth.

Madeira

Mahogany colour, nutty and spicy aromas, hint of grape syrup. In the mouth, notes of burnt caramel and walnuts.

Moscatel (not pasified grapes)

From deep gold to amber in colour, depending on the ageing time. Syrup, chocolate and honey aromas, high in glycerides. Well-rounded full taste, toasted caramel and oak.

Moscatel (pasified grapes)

Chestnut to deep mahogany in colour. Dense and high in glycerides. Characteristic moscatel grape aromas, floral and citric notes. Raisins, figs, nuts and cacao in the mouth, with ageing it develops hints of dark caramel and wood.

Pajarete

From clear amber to mahogany colour relative to ageing time, nutty aromas, grapes and raisins, slight citric notes.

Ruby Port

Dark ruby tones. Vigorous yet elegant notes, fruity with long lasting bouquet rich in tannins.

Tawny Port

The colour evolves from amber to dark tile red depending on the particular final blend by the wineries. Ripe wild fruit aromas, silky in the mouth, mature, nutty and woody flavours.

Pedro Ximénez (pasified PX grapes)

In colour ranging from dark mahogany to ebony. Pronounced thickness and tearing. Aromas of dates, raisins and figs. With time it develops hints of coffee, chocolate and liquorice.

Dry Wines

Amontillado

This complex wine has a colour range from pale topaz to amber, with aroma of hazelnuts and hints of vanilla and dark tobacco., it is pleasant and smooth in the mouth, with a woody and nutty aftertaste.

Fino

Ranging from pale straw to pale gold in colour. Notes of wild herbs, fresh dough and a hint of almonds. Fresh, dry and delicate.

Manzanilla

From pale straw to deep gold depending on the years of ageing. Delicate floral notes, camomile and dough. Fresh and delicate on the palate, salty due to the vicinity of the wineries to the sea.

Oloroso

In colour ranging from amber to dark mahogany depending on ageing time. Walnut and balsamic tones, full flavoured and well-rounded in the mouth, with complex noble wood in retronasal aroma.

Palo Cortao

Of a delightful chestnut to mahogany colour, a perfect marriage of the delicate amontillado and the full bodied oloroso, complex bitter orange buttery notes and a delicious finish.

Ribera del Duero Reserva y Gran Reserva

From medium ruby to deep purple in colour. Rich aromas developing from the ageing in the Oak wood barrels. Full bodied and well rounded wine with hints of fruit compote.

Dark ruby to dark purple in colour. Fruity aromas, cherry blackcurrant, ripe wild fruits.

Brandy of Jerez

Brandy with particular organoleptic characteristics, that distinguishes itself from other brandies. From pale amber to mahogany depending on the type of vessel used for its ageing (fino, manzanilla, amontillados, olorosos or PX). Different ageing time also results in different characteristics of the Brandy of Jerez which is divided in 3 categories.

Calvados

Bright yellow to amber in colour relative to ageing time.  Aromas of fresh apple, spices, flowery notes, buttery cake, and quince.

Cognac

Depending on the ageing time, the colour will range from amber to mahogany. Woody and fruity notes, hints of honey vanilla and spices.

From clear yellow via deep gold to amber, depending if it is reposado o añejo. Tasting notes vary depending on the type of distilled agave: Espadin, Cupreata, Tobala, Madrecuishe.
